Hey yall! Welcome to my blog! Im so excited to get started writing about my experiences.  Obviously the blog will mainly be about running and being a vegetarian. It might have recipes...but I'm not a great cook..or even a good one so probably not much of that!! I will probably talk a lot about running and hopefully include pictures!

I want to have a place to post about training for half marathons and other races as well as on my other workouts. I am a personal trainer in central Virginia and am very passionate about health and fitness.  =)
