I totally messed up on my schedule today and realized I wouldn't be able to get to the gym during the times when childcare is available. Soooooo not wanting to miss out on the endorphins which have really kept me going through this sleep deprivation, baby worked out with me today!
There's definitely other exercises I could've done too, but he fell asleep in the baby bjorn so I just did these and added in cardio.
